WHITNEY Family
I'm proud to descend from the distinguished Whitney family. My 2nd great grandparents, Melvin Eugene Whitney and Margery Mills Castile, made their mark in Boise around 1915. They exchanged vows in Boise on August 31, 1916. Melvin arrived in Idaho with his mother, Elizabeth May Whitney (Ackley), his stepfather, Lincoln Whitney, and his three sisters: Viola, Ina, and Ida.
My great aunt inherited a lot of photos, which I was given to make copies and scan in.
